SENORA: AI Art & Portrait ("SENORA", "we", "us", or "our") is built around a fundamental promise: Your creative expressions and private media belong exclusively to you.

This Privacy Policy explains how SENORA handles photos, art generation, AI video synthesis, and AI chat queries. We are committed to transparency in full compliance with Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines, Apple Privacy Nutrition Labels, and global data privacy standards.

2 Photo Transformation & AI Video Processing (MLX Server API)

• Secure MLX Server AI Inference: All artistic transformations (e.g., Oil Painting, Watercolor, Sketch, Ink, Anime Chibi), prompt-based artwork creation, and AI video animations are processed through our private, dedicated MLX Server API. Requests and input images are transmitted over secure, encrypted TLS connections and processed ephemerally in volatile memory solely to generate your requested output. Raw images are never permanently retained, archived, or repurposed.
• Zero Public Model Training: Your input photos, prompts, and created artworks are never used to train or fine-tune public machine learning models without your explicit consent.
• iOS System Photos Picker: SENORA utilizes the native Apple Photos picker. The app cannot inspect or access your photo library except for the exact photos you deliberately choose.
• No Metadata Leakage: Exported artworks and videos are stripped of sensitive EXIF metadata, including GPS location coordinates, capture time, and camera equipment details.

3 Senora AI Chat Assistant & Creative Prompts

SENORA includes a built-in AI assistant to answer questions, guide style selection, and assist with creative prompts:

• No Account Required: You do not need to register, create a profile, or link an email address to chat with the AI assistant.
• Ephemeral Conversation Context: Chat messages and responses are processed solely to conduct your active conversation session. Conversations are stored locally on your device and are never linked to personal identifiers.
• Background Completion: When generating a response, the app may use temporary background processing so long responses finish even if your screen is temporarily locked or you switch apps. Once finished, background execution immediately halts.
• Usage Allowance: Free users enjoy 5 complimentary AI chat questions per day. Premium subscribers receive unlimited queries. Daily usage counters are stored strictly locally in your device's UserDefaults.

4 Sandboxed Local Storage & Data Ownership

SENORA is architected as a local-first application:

• All created paintings, generated videos, and gallery history remain strictly inside the app’s sandboxed private storage directory on your iPhone or iPad.
• You retain 100% intellectual property rights to your generated artworks and videos.
• You can delete individual artworks or wipe your entire local gallery at any time through the in-app Settings menu.

5 In-App Purchases & Subscriptions (StoreKit)

SENORA offers optional Premium subscriptions (monthly and annual plans) providing unlimited AI chat, full resolution rendering, and exclusive artistic styles.

• All financial transactions are conducted exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit).
• SENORA never receives, handles, or stores your credit card numbers, bank credentials, or billing address.
• Subscription management, renewals, and cancellations are managed directly by you via your Apple ID Subscriptions settings.

6 Zero Tracking & Apple Privacy Manifest

SENORA adheres strictly to Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework and the bundled PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy manifest:

• Tracking: SENORA does not track users across other companies' apps or websites (NSPrivacyTracking = false).
• No Advertising SDKs: SENORA contains zero third-party advertising SDKs, zero user tracking beacons, and zero cross-site brokers.
• Required Reason APIs: SENORA uses UserDefaults solely for local UI preferences, appearance settings, and daily free chat quota tracking; and standard disk space checks to verify adequate capacity before saving high-resolution files.

7 Data Deletion & Retention

Because SENORA does not maintain remote user accounts or centralized database profiles:

• Deleting items within the app immediately removes the files from your device storage.
• Uninstalling the SENORA app from iOS/iPadOS permanently purges all local data, settings, and cache immediately.
